About The Role
We are looking for a marketing specialist who can provide expert guidance on international marketing strategy, market positioning, and performance evaluation. This is a remote, consultative role focused solely on the international market — you will not execute campaigns, but will instruct our internal team and external agency, evaluate their work, and ensure strategic alignment and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop integrated digital marketing strategies for international markets.
- Tailor strategies exclusively for international markets.
- Recommend optimal mix of digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and PR.
- Develop and ensure the maintenance of a sustainable, consistent lead-generation pipeline.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation in the international digital space.
- Instruction & Coordination
- Provide clear, actionable instructions to external marketing agencies and vendors.
- Review and approve execution plans, creatives, and campaign structures.
- Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Conduct monthly reviews and audits to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Reporting & Communication
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the founder.
- Translate analytics and market insights into clear, actionable business decisions.
- Internal Team Development
- Train and guide the internal marketing team on international digital marketing practices.
- Review the internal team’s work and provide actionable feedback to ensure quality and alignment with international marketing standards.
- Train the internal team on how to close leads successfully.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week exclusively to this engagement.
